The breakfast was complimentary with fruit, tea & coffee plus yoghurt, the staffing teams were especially helpful and attentive. The location was convenient in a shopping area, so close to the train station and all the shopping areas. Aoba Ward district was worth staying in. The stay for 3 nights in December 2014 certainly was good value.

The rooms at Richmond surprised me with their spaciousness, especially considering the typical size of Japanese rooms. The price was reasonable and the location near the main station was convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and always had an English-speaking person available. I also appreciated the free coffee, tea, and ice cream in the lounge. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Sendai.

My recent stay in this hotel was a great experience. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and being close to the train station made transportation easy. Lastly, the luggage storage was a huge convenience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even helped us choose restaurants and made reservations for us. The service here is top-notch!
